Advanced AI Smart Store Development
WRG is working with a client that has developed an extremely advanced AI smart store. Over our two-year engagement, we have managed this initiative with a nationally-recognized convenience store chain, throughout an extensive and expanding pilot program, exploring the technical capabilities of this delivery system, as well as opportunities to use the data for advanced consumer analytics. WRG is responsible not only for opening the retailer relationship, but also negotiating all the aspects of the pilot program and detailing ongoing communications between the customer and the client as the initiative has evolved.
Holiday Launch for New Line of Nationally Recognized Technology
In concert with a client and a field marketing company, WRG worked on a seasonal project that involved placement of a unique offering inside malls within the US, to launch a new line of nationally recognized technology. The execution of this project had to be completed in 8 weeks during the holiday season. WRG was instrumental in coordinating a clear and detailed plan with specific assignments for all the various organizations. This project management resulted in a very successful event and led to further communications with other parts of the nationally recognized technology company.

Multi-Million Dollar Frozen Food Technology Launch
WRG was engaged in a 2.5 year project to spearhead the launch of a new product line featuring new frozen food packaging technology. The scope of work ranged from product development to label design, social media marketing and, most importantly, coordination of field execution. Using the client’s internal resources and the external resources of an experienced food broker, WRG was able to manage the myriad of moving parts that enabled national distribution and a multi-million dollar sales revenue product launch.

Ecommerce / Retail Partnership Triples Sales
As ecommerce has grown, WRG has been in the vanguard working for over one year with a unique ecommerce client and a marquis national retail chain. The nature of this project has required highly detailed communications and follow-up, with the retailer projecting to triple their ecommerce sales upon program implementation. WRG has been involved not only with the introduction of the retailer to the client, but now with the pilot program being initiated, has also been tasked with securing additional participants from the vendor community.

Overseas Client Successfully Imports Product for US Distribution
WRG has a client that services a special class of trade in a selected geography in the US. The client also imports products from overseas. WRG was responsible for not only securing this client, but through a relationship with another resource was able to provide a product solution to address their consumer needs. In the process of developing this relationship, the client has asked WRG to work on analyzing labels and is now bringing in additional new business for label design, analysis and sales execution for US distribution.
