Ron Bergida is the Owner and CEO of Willow Ridge Group LLC, and serves as WRG’s Executive Client Advisor. He is also associated with Northstar Partners LLC. Ron brings over 40 years of experience in executive leadership, management, sales and marketing, product strategy, value creation, distributor management and contract law, as well as an impressive and vast list of professional connections, leveraging his expertise and resources to help his clients solve their most daunting business challenges. Ron’s extensive background includes serving for over 12 years as the COO and Executive Vice President of Gilbert Displays, Inc. where he was responsible for sales, strategy and structural changes. He was also CEO and Majority Owner of ABD Sales, Inc. for 10 years, a company with 400 employees that coordinated over $1 billion per year in sales volume for its clients. Previously, for 20 years he held the roles of President and VP Marketing at ABD.

Ron earned a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University Law School and was a member of the New York State Bar Association. Previously, he attended New York University, where he earned an MBA degree, and was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. He also earned a BA with honors from the University of Rochester.
